SEMO Solution is Now Hiring an Installation Technician!! 

Our Technicians are a key part of our success. We install all types of flooring, create and build custom showers and we are IICRC certified in Water Restoration and Duct/Dryer Vent Cleaning. In addition, our technicians often demo and rebuild bathrooms to create the perfect shower as well as demo and rebuild walls, ceilings, etc. due to water damage. Our technicians are unique 

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Install all types of flooring
• Move furniture and tear out old flooring
• Demo old showers and rebuild new
• Tear out and remove water damaged materials
• Install and monitor equipment
• Take detailed moisture readings
• Use power tools and ladders
• Work comfortably on roofs, both residential and commercial
• Work in crawl spaces
• Willing to work after hours
• Willing to travel including some over nights

Education/Experience/Skill Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer service skills
• Organization
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Reliable
• Punctual
• Dedicated
